What Cats Know

A 3-hour workshop exploring the integration of acrobatics and improvisational dance. The workshop will include technical instruction in foundational acrobatic movements inspired by tricking, capoeira, and parkour, alongside structured qualitative movement studies and closed improvisational systems and tasks. We’ll use these different approaches to explore how technical movement can be integrated with improvisation and expression.
