Special Night of Play - Hands on Screening Experience
Special Night of Play: Hands on Screening Experience
In Partnership with Children's Museum of Phoenix
Join us for a Special Night of Play dedicated to supporting children’s hearing and vision health through early hearing and vision screening. This event offers both pre-service and in-service students a valuable opportunity to volunteer, build hands-on clinical skills, and engage directly with children and families in a real-world setting.
Under guided supervision, student volunteers will participate in screening activities, strengthen patient interaction skills, and gain practical experience that bridges classroom learning with community-based practice. Together, participants will contribute to early identification efforts that support lifelong learning, health, and overall well-being for children and families.
This hands-on opportunity strengthens workforce readiness while helping ensure every child has the opportunity to see, hear, learn, and thrive!
