Olympic Sports & Spine

Sunday Pediatric Sports Medicine Intensives provide optional specialty education designed primarily to support the OSS Sports Residency Program, the Athletic Training Program and clinicians interested in pediatric and adolescent sports medicine following the same competencies as above as they relate to Pediatric Sports Medicine. These sessions reinforce Olympic Sports & Spine's commitment to strengthening relationships with regional sports medicine providers, orthopedic specialists, and our athletic trainers serving local middle schools and high schools. Educational content emphasizes youth athlete evaluation, injury prevention, rehabilitation, return-to-sport decision-making, and performance considerations unique to pediatric populations.

**Although participation is optional for most clinicians, Sports Residents are required to attend. Athletic Trainers and clinicians pursuing the Pediatric Sports Medicine Specialty Track are strongly encouraged to participate and priority registration will be afforded to these clinicians based on class size**
