Join us at monthly EXA workshops for creative healing and connection!
This season, enjoy an Autumn-themed expressive arts process.
Come get a cozy cup of hot cocoa, tea or coffee at NExT! We'll be tuning into nature and the beauty of natural aesthetics to create with kraft cards, sumi ink, pressed leaves etc... to create small items to capture the remains of nature.
We welcome you to join us in a supportive and creative environment to promote self-care and community building here at Millwork Commons. Each month, we will offer an expressive arts activity to engage in during your Friday lunch hour.
Come ramp up your play ethic, increase your experiences with different art mediums, and experience art as a healing force through the power of Expressive Arts. By contrast, if you have your own project, feel free to come create alongside others and use this time by your own design.
One Friday Monthly from 12pm to 1:30pm.
