About the Class: Printmaking + Play is a family friendly art workshop welcoming all skill levels. Join us for a playful afternoon of Gelli plate printmaking and doodling, guided by fun prompts designed to spark imagination and loosen up the hand. Participants will explore texture, pattern, color, and mixed media, and will be encouraged to create collaboratively with their families and children. Families are welcome to create side by side, no experience necessary.

This workshop coincides with projectART’s newest exhibit, Better Together: Youth ART Show, celebrating a summer of creativity from all of our art camps. Come make a mess, make some art, and make some memories together.

Instructor: Teresa Moralez-Davis. Teresa is a professional artist, art educator, and mother of three who brings both expertise and heart into every classroom she leads. With an MFA in Printmaking/Intermedia and an active studio practice, her work spans a wide range of media including acrylic painting, mixed media, performance, and installation art, with an emphasis on curiosity, process, and intentional design. Teresa is passionate about creating a warm, disciplined, and encouraging environment where students build technical skill, creative confidence, and a genuine joy for making art.
