Designed specifically for forwards, this session will focus on:
- Retrievals — Efficient puck pickups, moving feet into retrievals, and arriving at the puck ready to make the next play.
- Speed & Scanning — Gathering information before possession while building and maintaining speed on and off the wall.
- Next-Play Reads — Reading pressure, playing in tight areas, using turns and cutbacks to create space.
