This Instructor Development Weekend is designed to enhance instructional skills through practical application, peer coaching, and constructive feedback. Participants will develop a lesson plan on a topic of their choice and deliver both a cognitive and psychomotor learning session to fellow instructors.
This collaborative learning experience promotes continuous professional growth, confidence in instructional delivery, and the development of high-quality training practices that support learner success.
