This Instructor Development Weekend is designed to enhance instructional skills through practical application, peer coaching, and constructive feedback. Participants will develop a lesson plan on a topic of their choice and deliver both a cognitive and psychomotor learning session to fellow instructors.
This collaborative learning experience promotes continuous professional growth, confidence in instructional delivery, and the development of high-quality training practices that support learner success.
Learning Outcomes:
- Develop a structured lesson plan
- Deliver effective cognitive and psychomotor training sessions.
- Apply adult learning principles to engage learners.
- Provide and receive constructive peer feedback.
- Enhance presentation, facilitation, and evaluation skills.
Must be a 1041 Level 1 Instructor and actively instructing.
