That's right, our 2027 High School Mission Trip destination is the beautiful Central American coastal country of Belize.

See this excerpt from Praying Pelican Missions:

"As the birthplace of PPM, many of our relationships in this nation run decades deep, and we could not be more excited to invite you into the incredible story God is writing here. With strong influences from Central America and the Caribbean, Belize is a unique melting pot of cultures and an incredible place to serve. 

Kids ministry, service projects, church ministry, sports ministry, outreach, and a variety of other ministry opportunities are available to you. You can choose which ministries your team are best suited for prior to serving in Belize on your mission trip. With our genuine partnerships already in place, you will find yourself encouraging a pastor in sustainable ways that will continue to impact the community after you have returned home.

Belize is a place that has great beauty, but still has great need. This country and its hospitable people will grab your heart in such a way that you will want to form a long-term relationship with your host pastor and community. It is possible to return to the same community every year to continue to encourage the local pastor.

We know that both the lives of the individuals on your Belize missions team as well as the lives of those you serve will be impacted as you dedicate and use your talents, gifts, and abilities for the Lord with your family, youth group, college group, or intergenerational group this year."

If you attended the interest meeting on Sunday, August 30th, registering here is the next step! Registration and a non-refundable deposit of $150 is due no later than Thursday, October 1st. A final payment of $450 is due no later than Monday, March 1st. There is a family max cost of $1000 (more than one participating student per family). Please do not let cost be prohibitive. For clarity, the high school students invited to participate in this trip are those who are in high school this 2026-2027 academic year, not rising high school students.
