Master Kaizen Leadership — Before, During & After the Event

Organizations invest heavily in Lean and continuous improvement, yet successful Kaizen depends on more than knowing the tools. Facilitators must be able to engage people, navigate resistance, support good decisions, and sustain momentum after the event is over.

The 2026 Lean Facilitator Summit is a one-day, practice-focused working session for experienced Lean, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, strategy, and change practitioners who facilitate real organizational work.

This is not an introductory facilitation course. Participants will work with peers through practical discussions, real scenarios, working sessions, and applicable tools designed to strengthen facilitation capability.

Who Should Attend

The Summit is designed for experienced practitioners who facilitate operational, improvement, or strategic work, including:

• Lean Green Belts and Black Belts
• Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement leaders
• Strategy deployment and transformation leaders
• Internal project and change facilitators
• Managers leading Kaizen events, planning sessions, and cross-functional workshops

Expect peer discussion, real scenarios, practical templates, and immediate takeaways.

8:00 a.m. – Summit opening and facilitation fundamentals
Morning – Facilitation effectiveness workshops and teach-backs
Late morning – SOP and facilitation standards development working sessions
Lunch – Peer networking
3:30 p.m. – Knowledge harvest, reflections & Facilitators Network discussion
4:00 p.m. – Adjourn

Early Registration: $395 + tax when registered by September 11
Regular Registration: $495 + tax beginning September 12.
