Beggars Night Bracelet Prep Volunteer Day

Every great night starts with a little preparation.

On October 31st, Dear Garment House will be passing something different to the trick-or-treaters who knock on our door — not candy, but a handmade yarn friendship bracelet kit, made from our own vintage yarn collection and packed with a little card that says: 

"Change starts with your own two hands. Let's make fashion for good.— Dear Garment House, 1217 Grandview Ave"

But first, someone has to cut the yarn.

Join us for a community prep session where we'll measure, cut, bundle, print, stamp and package hundreds of bracelet kits together — assembly line style, good music playing, good company all around. 

No experience needed. No special skills required. Just your hands, your time and your care.

Come help us make something worth keeping — and send a little piece of Dear Garment House into the neighborhood.
