You may own several large tools and pieces of equipment, but do you know how to repair them? Join us on Tuesday, September 15 at 7:00 pm, when Jay Perez will attempt to diagnose and repair a non-functioning air compressor. Jay is responsible for many equipment repairs and rebuilds in the Makerspace. He will be applying his knowledge to this task, so you can learn how best to fix things yourself!

In this session, we will attempt to diagnose the issue and repair the old compressor from our woodshop that stopped working. There’s no guarantee that we will be successful or that the cost of any necessary repair is justified. But we we learn a lot either way!

Often we are reluctant to take on something we’re not knowledgeable about or haven’t had experience doing. The goal of this session is to help people be more comfortable attempting their own repairs and exploring resources to help them be more successful.
