This in-person training developed for all levels of staff, meant to provide a space for the group to learn from one another, practice reflective supervision skills in real-time and explore how our own biases and experiences present themselves in the workplace. We will utilize role-plays and group feedback sessions to explore the experience of supervisor and supervisee from a trauma-informed lens.
