This interactive training will equip leaders with practical tools to manage employee performance effectively and consistently. Participants will explore the supervisor’s role in performance management, strategies for coaching and providing feedback, effective documentation practices, setting SMART performance expectations, following the appropriate chain of command, and knowing when to partner with Human Resources. The session will also address corrective action and how leaders can proactively support employee development, accountability, and improvement.
