The SFR® certification course provides an overview of the buy and sell side of the short sale and foreclosure process and knowledge to successfully guide clients through the complexities of these types of transactions.
Please note that there is a one-time credentialing fee for earning the official certification.
Once you receive acknowledgment of your course credit, you must submit a one-time application fee of $175 to complete your certification and access your credential resources.
