FASCIA SERIES I - ADVANCED CONNECTIVE TISSUE TECHNIQUES - 15 CE

*** Prerequisite: Fascia Fundamentals (unless you have taken classes with me in the past)

Wednesday 1/13: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Thursday 1/14 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (one hour break for lunch)

Friday 1/15: 9 AM - 4 PM (one hour break for lunch)

Gain the most up-to-date understanding of fascia and its relationship to both the muscular and nervous systems. Through observation of a client’s structure and movement patterns, you will learn to develop effective treatment strategies to address postural imbalances. Additionally, you will build proficiency in safely accessing and treating areas of the body that are often overlooked, including tight compartments and joint capsules.

Students will:

• Describe the key properties and characteristics of fascia
• Identify the composition and primary functions of connective tissue
• Distinguish the roles of muscle, myofascia, and other connective tissues in movement and postural patterns
• Formulate effective treatment strategies for common musculoskeletal conditions and injuries
• Demonstrate advanced connective tissue and fascial manipulation techniques to support optimal function and recovery
