Ata Ceramics Courses

A pottery class for kids (ages 6 and up)

These school holidays, Ata is offering children the chance to decorate their own breakfast set (cup and plate!). Using the technique of scraffito (scratching), kids will paint their pieces with coloured slip (clay) and then carve into them with tools their own wonderfully creative illustrations or designs.

These are the kind of creations parents will want to keep forever!

Your tutor will fire and glaze your children's pieces for them with ceramic creations ready for pick up approx. 3 weeks later.

What to bring?

• an apron
• (wear) older clothes as they will get a bit muddy. (Clay doesn't stain though.)

CANCELLATIONS - 48 hours notice is required for a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before workshop we reserve the right to keep half your fee. If you are a no show on the day, we will keep 100% of the fee. Thanks for your understanding.
