Description: We spend a large amount of time with our co-workers, and having constructive, positive relationships with those we work with benefits everyone. Tying in aspects of accountability and wellbeing, this interactive session will help participants develop relationships with co-workers that are supportive, constructive, encouraging, and free from negative drama or conflict. As a result, employees will have the tools to create a more harmonious work environment, be able to work through disagreements, find more team solidarity, and ultimately have more job satisfaction and better wellbeing.

Important Note: Dickinson County Library is bringing MCLS to Iron Mountain for part of their staff day, and would like to open up the experience to other library staff. Individuals from any library may register for these open spots. DCL staff are already part of this event and do NOT need to register individually.
