About the Workshop

• The goal is to integrate new team members, help break down silos in work, and have a really fun time together!
• Success for this workshop is defined as all staff having fun while also learning about how they and their colleagues work, so that staff can better collaborate.
• Less focus on the individual work, and more focus on how team members can build off each other’s work.
• This workshop comes at a time in the association after lots of turnover, change in leadership, and the defining of the association’s mission, values and key pillars: collaboration, excellence, equity, integrity & trust and stewardship (credibility). This workshop can support these pillars.
• This workshop is for staff of the association (not for Dermatologists).
