In this seven (7) week course, you'll step beyond scenes and games into the world of longform improv — the extended, story-driven style used in sets, montages, and narrative-based shows. You'll learn how to build a full improvised set from a single audience suggestion, connect seemingly unrelated scenes into a cohesive whole, and follow themes, patterns, and relationships as they emerge in real time.

This class is a natural next step for improvisers who've got the fundamentals down and are ready to trade the game-to-game structure of shortform for the connective tissue of longform storytelling. You'll dig into group mind, editing, callbacks, and how to trust an ensemble to build something bigger than any one scene. As always, you'll be doing it in a fun, supportive environment built to help you grow — no pressure, just play.
