Class Overview

This two-day advanced workshop is designed for extension professionals who want to refine their technical skills, expand their creative options, and build confidence working with a range of extension colors, tools, and techniques.

Day One focuses on education and demonstrations. Participants will review advanced consultation and placement strategies, explore new extension colors and tools, and observe several techniques demonstrated on models.

Day Two is a hands-on learning day. Participants will practice new techniques on mannequins or training sections, then apply their skills by completing an extension service on a live model with instructor guidance.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

• Assess a client’s hair, lifestyle, and goals to plan an appropriate extension service.
• Select and blend extension colors for natural-looking or creative results.
• Identify tools and materials suited to different techniques.
• Improve sectioning, placement, blending, and finishing.
• Perform an extension application on a live model using safe, professional practices.
• Explain maintenance, home care, and follow-up expectations to clients.
