Fascia Fundamentals offers an in-depth beginners guide to working with fascia and other connective tissues of the body. This course invites students to become more confident in weaving connective tissue techniques when working with clients.

During this course students will be able to:

• Identify the properties of fascia and other connective tissues
• Describe the differences between fascia and muscle
• Demonstrate the 5 techniques used for connective tissue treatment
• Perform at least one full connective tissue session
