In this three-course series, an expert instructor will teach your team how to build a solid foundation so they can administer Jira Cloud with confidence. In later sessions, your team will also learn how to govern Jira Cloud, automate repetitive manual tasks, and scale their administrative impact by using schemes.

This is the first course in the series. In this course, you’ll learn how to:

• Describe Jira admin roles and responsibilities
• Configure global Jira settings and permissions
• Create and manage space roles

This course is designed for Jira Cloud app admins.

Before taking this course, your team should take Onboard to Jira Cloud or have equivalent knowledge.
