The Spirit of Nonviolent Communication

In the words of Marshall Rosenberg, Founder of Nonviolent Communication (NVC):

“Our number one rule is Empathy before Education.”
“NVC is founded on a language and communication skills, that strengthens our ability to remain human, even under trying circumstances.”
“Social Change involves helping people see new options for making life more wonderful – that are less costly to get needs met.”
