Collaborative Leading in Schools
This practical and interactive course is designed for school leaders, principals, administrators, and other professionals involved in leading educational institutions. Participants will explore how collaborative leadership can strengthen communication, teamwork, trust, and shared decision-making within their schools. Through practical activities, group discussions, and reflection, they will examine strategies for involving staff and other stakeholders in school development, managing different perspectives, and creating a positive culture of collaboration. The course also focuses on leading change collectively, building effective teams, and turning shared goals into sustainable action. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their own leadership practice and develop approaches they can apply in their own school context.
