Intro to Block Printing
with Vanessa Rae Brocato

Please join us for this workshop to learn the basics of making block prints by hand. Our teaching artist will discuss the history of this slow art form; demonstrate image transfer, carving, and printing techniques; and support you in creating your own original small printing block. We have a beautiful array of papers and inks to play with, once we create our images for printing! No experience necessary. Pre-registration is not required, but space is limited.
