BALLET/TAP 3– MONDAY

Ballet/tap is a combo class specially designed for 3 year olds! This fun and engaging class introduces toddlers to the basics of dance through simple ballet and jazz steps.

This engaging combination class gives young dancers (ages 3–5) the best of both styles in one fun and structured lesson. Each class is divided into two parts: 25 minutes of ballet, focusing on basic technique, posture, balance, flexibility, and graceful movement, followed by 25 minutes of tap, where dancers learn rhythm, timing, and musicality through playful footwork and sounds.

Students will build confidence, develop coordination, and strengthen foundational dance skills while exploring creativity and performance in a supportive environment. This class is perfect for dancers who enjoy variety and are ready to discover both the elegance of ballet and the excitement of tap

TRIAL CLASS & OBSERVATION POLICY

We understand that trying a new studio can feel a little overwhelming, especially if this is your dancer’s first activity where parents are not in the classroom. It is completely normal for dancers to feel nervous or hesitant at first. Our KDS staff is experienced in working with young dancers and is happy to help them feel comfortable, confident, and ready to participate.

For our trial classes, parents are welcome to observe through our observation windows, and a TV display with a live stream of the class is also available. To help our youngest dancers stay focused and engaged, we kindly ask that parents do not enter or remain inside the classroom during class.

We ask that parents arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled class time. This gives your dancer time to get settled, see the other dancers participating, and become familiar with the classroom before entering.

Our goal is to create a fun, welcoming environment where every dancer feels comfortable exploring something new.
