Laura will host two 3-hour sessions and one 2-hour session over three consecutive Sunday afternoons via Zoom.

During these sessions, you’ll gain firsthand knowledge about how to approach real estate investing wisely—even if you’re starting with limited capital. After each session, you’ll receive a PowerPoint presentation reviewing the material covered in class.

Topics include, but are not limited to:

• How to avoid common mistakes new investors make when flipping properties
• How to negotiate effectively
• How to analyze potential resale value and renovation costs
• How to create and stay within a realistic budget
• How to identify a property with strong investment potential
• How to prepare for unexpected setbacks
• How to think through your investment and exit strategy

In addition to the 8 hours of live classroom instruction, Laura is including six months of personal mentorship at no additional charge.

During this six-month period, you’ll be able to connect with Laura about your individual investment opportunities. You can discuss potential properties, FaceTime her during a property walk-through, review renovation ideas, talk through possible exit strategies, and ask questions as situations arise.

Laura will be there to help guide you through the process and provide the support of a personal mentor during an important stage of your real estate investing journey.
