CPR/AED & First Aid — All Ages

Be ready when it matters most. This hands-on certification course teaches you to recognize and respond to cardiac emergencies, use an AED, and provide basic first aid for adults, children, and infants. Whether you're a concerned parent, caregiver, coach, teacher, or just want to be prepared — this course is for everyone.

What You'll Learn:

• CPR for adults, children, and infants

• AED operation and when to use it

• Choking response for all ages

• Bleeding control, wound care, and shock management

• Burns, fractures, and other first aid essentials

• When to call 911 and how to coordinate with EMS

Who This Is For:

Anyone 10 and older who wants life-saving skills. No medical background required.

Upon Completion:

Receive your HSI CPR/AED & First Aid certification card, valid for 2 years.

CPR/AED & First Aid — All Ages (Hybrid/Online Option)

Can't make it to a full in-person class? Our hybrid option lets you complete the knowledge portion online on your own schedule, then join us for a streamlined hands-on skills session to earn your certification.

How It Works:

1. Complete the online coursework at your own pace (approx. 1–2 hours)

2. Attend a short in-person skills check session with your instructor

3. Walk away certified

Everything else — content, skills, and certification — is identical to the full in-person course.
