Let your creativity soar as you explore the beauty and magic of the sky in watercolor! In this fun-filled workshop, students will paint vibrant skyscapes, glowing sunsets, and dreamy starry night scenes.

You’ll learn how to use the wet-into-wet watercolor technique to blend beautiful colors, create soft transitions, and bring your skies to life with luminous, vibrant effects. Whether you’re new to watercolor or looking to refresh your skills, this class offers a relaxing and creative experience for everyone.

Join us for a fun-filled watercolor workshop and let your imagination take flight!

• a pencil and an eraser
• a notebook for taking notes(optional)
• a small painting support-either a piece of cardboard or a plastic board (16x20). You may paint any size you wish. 
• Paints: You can start with these basic three:
  - new gamboge or cadmium yellow
  - ultramarine blue or cobalt blue
  - vermillion or quinacridone rose 
  -Tube colors are best. 
  -Also a small tube of titanium white  
• water container – a small quart or pint size plastic bowl
• paper towels. And an old plastic credit card for scraping
• brushes- you may want to purchase a few synthetic brushes-Simply Simmons are fine.
  - one-inch flat watercolor brush
  - a number eight or ten round watercolor brush
• (I will also have brushes you may try out and use in class.)
• a small spray bottle
• Old toothbrush.
• Tape to tape your paper to your support board
