Evaluation process Assessment & Next Steps

To properly build a development plan for athletes, I would first like to assess each of them personally. The best opportunity to do that is through the a private evaluation session.

Each private evaluation is $175.

Following the two sessions, I will create a skills evaluation for each athlete and use those evaluations to develop a proposed training plan. I can then share the evaluations and plan with you so you can see exactly where I believe we should go next and decide whether you would like to continue.

To make the most of the assessment, athletes will need to be registered on Elite Volleyball Training:

The parent will first create an account and then add/register athlete. Once they are registered, I would like them to spend some time completing the information in their Volleyball Journey.

They should also explore Penny, our AI Assistant Coach, particularly the Journal and Development areas. These provide me with additional information about the athletes—what they are thinking about, what they want to improve, and how they see their own development.

That information, combined with what I see during the private lessons, will give me a much better picture of each athlete and allow me to create a much more individualized plan rather than simply giving them a generic volleyball program.

The goal is that after Wednesday, you won't just have two private lessons completed—you'll have a clear assessment of where each athlete is now and a plan for where we can take them next.

There are three private lessons on this registration -6-7, 7-8, and 8-9 when you register for the session it will ask you which one you would like to register for. Private lessons can be for an evaluation session or for one or six athletes, the price is the same.

Arrive 15 minutes early to get ready and be prepared to start on time. Offer to help set up area before your session, and always help clean up after the session. Leave the gym cleaner than you found it.
