Designed specifically for forwards, this session will focus on:

Pivots — Developing smoother, more efficient footwork while understanding proper inside and outside pivot movements.

Retrievals — Shoulder checking, opening up to available space, puck retrieval habits, and using reverses under pressure.

Takeaways to Transition — Creating turnovers with good stick and body positioning, then quickly transitioning the puck up ice.

This session will have a strong focus on skating, passing, puck control, and positional habits, with less emphasis on shooting.
