This practical course is designed for school leaders, coordinators, teachers, and other education professionals involved in school development and internationalisation. Participants will explore how to assess their current school context, identify strategic priorities, and translate long-term goals into realistic and sustainable actions. The course looks at how schools can learn from other institutions, strengthen their international profile, and use international projects and partnerships as part of wider school development. Particular attention is given to stakeholder involvement, school culture, communication, and change management. Through discussion, case work, reflection, and practical planning activities, participants will examine their own school environment and develop approaches for turning strategic ideas into coordinated action.
