Durham Bike Co-op

Based on the number of volunteer mentors signed up for this Sunday, we now have a limited number of spots available. These spots are first come, first served. If you would like a spot, please claim one of the available spots below.

During this session up-and-coming volunteer mechanics (ie, you) will be working with experienced mechanics, to tune up bikes for the shop. The goal is to prepare you to become a volunteer mechanic at the co-op. This functions as intermediate mechanic training for volunteers (you) that have already had some exposure to bike repair (or have already attended some of our “taking apart bikes” Saturday sessions).

If you are completely new to bike repair, please attend the Saturday “taking apart bikes” series of sessions.
If you feel ready to teach / mentor please reach out to sunday@durhambikecoop.org
If you have a personal project (ie your bike is broken), please sign up for the 3pm “I Need Repair” session.

Please only claim an appointment if you are confident you can attend. Once all available appointments have been claimed, signup for this Sunday will close.
