Join Julia from Blooming Lotus for this weekly Kids Yoga class! This class is a fun exploration of yoga movement, meditation, mindfulness activities, story telling, singing bowls and more. The intention of this class offering is to share tools for nervous system and emotional regulation while connecting deeper with self and peers. This class is for children ages 4-11 years old.
