The Licensee’s Role for the Seller Property Condition Disclosure (0525R)

The class focuses on reducing company/agents risk in the completion, presenting, explaining, and executing the SPCDS.

For ALL 9999T BAT Classes: A Notice of Training Scheduling (NOTS) MUST be SUBMITTED (in advance of the class) BY the Designated Broker or Student, and RECEIVED by REEsults Coaching School of Real Estate at least ONE business day BEFORE the training event. REEsults Coaching must file this document with the Nebraska Real Estate Commission in advance of the training date. This is a requirement for the Broker’s Agents to receive Continuing Education Broker Approved Training credits for the session. NO EXCEPTIONS!

To Avoid Taking Duplicate CE Courses
Please verify your completed CE Courses (already taken) by double-checking your Nebraska CE Course/Hours records at: www.nrec.ne.gov

CE and BAT Certificates
Keep a copy of your CE and BAT Certificates for your records; Do NOT send your Certificates to the Nebraska Real Estate Commission!

Errors and Omission Insurance
Even though you renew your Nebraska real estate license every two years; You must renew your E&O Insurance each calendar year.
