USC Academic Advisor Training

As we continue to expand accelerated academic pathways at USC, it is important that advisors have a shared understanding of Capstone Horizon, Accelerated Study Plans, and Accelerated Students.

This professional development session will provide an overview of these initiatives, clarify distinctions between the student populations and available pathways, and facilitate discussion around advising practices, student questions, and strategies for supporting students exploring accelerated academic pathways.
