Join local chef Jed as he prepares a a protein bowl that includes chicken breast with cauliflower rice, cucumber, tomato, and onion, with homemade Tzatziki sauce. This dish is keto and gluten-friendly and the chicken can be omitted for a vegetarian option. Participants will receive a snack portion.
