Sacred Women's Gathering

Exploring the space between holding on and letting go

9-12 April 2027 | Mission Beach, North Queensland
An intimate gathering for up to 10 women

$300 non-Refundable deposit secures your place. Payment plans available.

Women have always gathered: around fires, in kitchens, at tables, in circles. Somewhere along the way, many of us lost the time and the village that held us. This is a return to that.

If you spend much of your time caring for others, this is your invitation to make room for yourself. Over four days, we'll rest, share food, share life experiences and be cared for, without the distractions and noise of everyday life.

"This has been the only time I have ever felt fully safe, with permission to be where I was and to truly let go of what I no longer needed. I left with new friends, a full heart, confidence and a lightness that's hard to explain. I have found my tribe." October 2026 guest, now booked in for April

Many of us live somewhere between holding on and letting go. We hold on to roles, stories, people and habits, and we're not always sure what is ready to be released. This gathering offers a safe place to land, be seen, be heard and come back to yourself, in the company of real women.

There's no theme to fit into and no need to arrive knowing what you need. I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to hold the space while you get curious about what the in-between means for you. Before we gather, you'll be invited to reflect on what this time might mean. Your reason can be clear, uncertain or still unfolding.

What happens when women gather

Something shifts. We soften, laugh, cry, listen and feel less alone. We begin in a welcome circle, share meals, and slowly relax into each other's company. Everything is an invitation. You can join in, step back, talk, listen, create or simply be quiet. You'll never be asked to share more than feels comfortable.

"I was nervous about attending my very first women's retreat, not knowing what to expect. By the end, the women felt like so much more than strangers. I've gained beautiful new friendships, learnt a lot about myself, and been reminded to be kind to myself and make time for me."
October 2026 guest

A gentle shape to the days

Every day looks a little different, and the rhythm can flex as things unfold. Here's a sample:

  • Morning: Wake slowly, then gather for a morning intention
  • Breakfast: Nourishing food, shared together
  • Mid-morning: One-on-one practitioner time, with free time to rest, walk, journal or create while you wait for your turn
  • Lunch: Shared, with the care of the women who prepared it
  • Afternoon: Group gatherings: circles, ceremonies, embodiment practices or creative time
  • Free time: Rest, swim, nap, connect or be quiet
  • Dinner: Cooked and shared by the women, in the kitchen and around the table
  • Evening: A group gathering, then an early night

Times are shared closer to the date.

Is this gathering for you?

This gathering is for the woman who is ready to come home to herself.

You might be raising a family, running a business, or doing both. You might be in a season of change: children leaving home, a relationship ending, a new career, a longing for a baby, or the close of a chapter. You may feel exhausted, overwhelmed or unsure where you belong. You may not know what comes next, and that's welcome here.

You're curious about what's possible when you take time for yourself. You're open to looking honestly at your own story, including the parts that are harder to see, and you're craving real connection with women who are doing the same. You don't need a goal or a reason, and there's no need to mask or perform. Come as you are.

This may not be the right fit if:

  • You're looking to be fixed or told what to do, rather than exploring for yourself
  • You're in acute crisis or need clinical or mental health support right now. This space offers care and community, but it isn't a substitute for therapy or medical treatment
  • You're not ready to be open and honest with yourself and the women around you
  • You prefer a fast-paced, structured program

Breaking bread together

Sharing food is at the heart of this gathering. The kitchen has always been a place where women come together, through stories, laughter and the quiet work of caring for one another. It's one of the oldest ways we connect.

I'll nourish you with breakfast, morning tea, afternoon tea and dessert each day, plus a welcome lunch and dinner on Friday and a closing lunch on Monday. You're then invited to create one lunch or dinner in small groups to share with everyone on the Saturday and Sundays No cooking skills needed, just simple, nourishing food and the company of women beside you. The care you put into the food is shared with the women who receive it, and that becomes connection, community and a feeling of being cared for.

All food is vegetarian and centred on nourishing whole foods. Herbal teas and refreshments are always available.

Your stay includes

  • Three nights' accommodation at our private Mission Beach venue
  • Three one-on-one practitioner experiences
  • Group practices, ceremonies and creative activities
  • Breakfast, morning tea, afternoon tea and dessert daily
  • Friday welcome lunch and dinner and Monday closing lunch
  • One shared lunch or one shared dinner, prepared by guests in small groups
  • Herbal teas, refreshments and a gathering gift

With only 10 women, there's room for individual care, real connection and time without rushing.

Come to rest, be cared for and share a few days in women's company. Come exactly as you are.
