EPICS Program

Enspire Potential: Immersive Cleantech Studio (EPICS) is a cutting-edge learning program launched recently by the BOMA Enspire Program. This no-cost pilot project is open to cleantech project teams, CRE professionals, building performance teams, and job seekers interested in cleantech and proptech oppoutunities in real estate.

EPICS experiential learning lessons visualize real-world operational and retrofit environments using 3D/VR/Digital Twin technology projected in our 15' x 15' BOMA Enspire Immersive Media Room with touch walls. Interactive facilitated sessions cover Retrofit Planning, Building Performance, and Smart Building Systems.

The Enspire Potential Immersive Cleantech Studio (EPICS) Program provides immersive, sessions and hosts group private session to engage decision-makers, project teams, or job-seekers on best-practices for optimizing building performance, delivering retrofits, and reducing operational costs. These EPICS Sessions feature:

• Immersive Experiential Learning: Experience EPICS sessions delivered by facilitators using interactive touch-walls with pop-out multimedia, digital twins, animations, VR content, or interactive 360° videos visualizing real-world environments.   
   
• Building Performance Focus: Learn energy efficiency best practices, disruptive technologies, and incentive programs that directly reduce emissions, energy costs, and improve tenant comfort.
