This induction is designed to provide new employees with a comprehensive introduction to HR Ball and site expectations. The session covers company values, policies and procedures, health and safety requirements, employee responsibilities, workplace standards, and available support resources.
Participants will gain an understanding of:
- Company structure and key contacts
- Site rules and behavioural expectations
- Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality requirements
- Attendance, timekeeping, and reporting procedures
- Employee benefits and support programmes
- Training and development opportunities
- HR policies, including wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion
The induction ensures all new starters have the knowledge and confidence to work safely, effectively, and in line with company standards from day one.
