Quality Induction Overview

This induction is designed to introduce employees to the Quality Management requirements and standards within the business. The session provides an overview of quality expectations, customer requirements, compliance standards, and the role every employee plays in maintaining product and process quality.
Participants will gain an understanding of:
  • The importance of quality within the organisation
  • Customer expectations and quality standards
  • Quality management systems and key procedures
  • Product specifications and critical control points
  • Non-conformance reporting and corrective actions
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace standards
  • Document control and record-keeping requirements
  • Individual responsibilities for maintaining quality and continuous improvement
The induction ensures employees understand how their actions impact product quality, customer satisfaction, and business performance, enabling them to contribute effectively to a culture of quality excellence.
Duration: 2 Hour
Target Audience: All new employees and contractors (as applicable)
Delivered By: Quality Team / Quality Manager
Training Objective:
To provide employees with the knowledge and awareness required to consistently meet quality standards, comply with company procedures, and support the delivery of safe, legal, and high-quality products.
