This induction is designed to provide new employees with an introduction to the company's IT systems, digital tools, and cybersecurity requirements. The session ensures employees can access and use business systems effectively while understanding their responsibilities for protecting company information and maintaining security standards.
Participants will gain an understanding of:
- IT policies and acceptable use guidelines
- User accounts, passwords, and access management
- Microsoft 365 applications and key business systems
- Cybersecurity awareness and phishing prevention

- Reporting IT issues and requesting support
