LIFE Conference (Session Group C) - Basket Weaving
Tue, Oct 27, 2026, 2:45 – 4:15 PM EDT
Think basket weaving is easy? You might be in for a surprise! While “basket weaving” has become synonymous with an easy course, anyone who has tried it knows there’s a little more to it than meets the eye.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn basic reed-weaving techniques while creating a small basket to take home. This year’s basket features a new design, so even returning participants will have something new to try.
All experience levels are welcome — just be prepared to get your hands a little wet as we soak the reed to make it flexible enough to weave!
