HAGFEST gatherings

UPCOMING DATES:

Sun 1 Nov 3-8pm Beltane / start of Summer

Sun 20 Dec 3-8pm Summer Solstice / Litha

Celebrating the Equinoxes, Solstices & the mid-points between them, where the seasons turn; seasonal observances roughly every 6 weeks, across the wheel of the year…

For women transitioning into the second half of their life (or curious about it) or fully living it!

Please be in touch if you are interested in attending: glorymclarenvale@gmail.com

We will explore the energies around us, in this place & time; plus what that might mean for us in our lives right now…”seeing” what opportunities it presents for us.

We will ponder the pre-Christian Celtic & Germanic/Nordic agricultural & spiritual wheel of the year, adapted to the Southern hemisphere (& also this landscape)… And we will tend to our inner flame, honouring this moment in the rhythm of the year.

Join us for a participatory & collective co-creation:

Opening & closing sharing circle, oracle work, movement/ritual, creative/therapeutic activity, texts/folk tale (a hag adventure)/poems, pot-luck soup/shared meal (ideally around the fire, or in the chapel if weather prohibits) & more…

Bring layers for warmth & something to add to the soup etc (& a takeaway container for leftovers if you would like some). Any seasonal materials will be requested in advance.

Donations (of all kinds) towards the care for this sacred & State Heritage place are also always welcome…

(Remember you can use CASH coupon on registration; if you have organised to trade other exchanges or if you are bringing a cash contribution on the day)🪴

One of the reasons Hagfest was created was to give back to so many of us who lead others creatively & spiritually, through our creative practices (or in our families or workplaces), & who might have done so for some time…

This is a space for US to be held within, by each other, without any performing whatsoever required. It’s a space to be…whoever you are on the day (sometimes messy, sometimes pumped) at this moment in time in relation to the land.

And a space to allow us all to feel around the edges of (or dive right into) who we are becoming as older women…& what the rest of our life (or just next week) could look like, in this place. To unfurl into what THIS landscape, in THIS time, might be asking of (or enabling in) each of us…❤️🍄🌱
