Join fellow third-grade teachers for a collaborative planning day to launch Unit 3. Begin by reviewing your Unit 2 assessment data and planning how you'll respond in Unit 3. Then look at the Unit 3 pre-unit practice problems to decide how you'll address student needs through centers or small group instruction. Throughout, you'll plan to integrate Thinking Maps, manipulatives, and Linguistically Responsive Routines so every learner can access and express their mathematical thinking.
