STEM East

Following our initial STEM East Strategic Planning Initiative (SPI) workshop, this virtual check-in will provide district teams an opportunity to reconnect, share progress, and continue building momentum toward their STEM strategic planning goals.

During this session, we will:

• Check in on progress made since our initial workshop, including district priorities and next steps.
• Share successes, challenges, and lessons learned as teams begin moving their plans forward.
• Identify barriers or areas where additional support is needed from STEM East or regional partners.
• Explore opportunities for collaboration and alignment with existing district initiatives and resources.
• Clarify next steps and action items to keep the strategic planning process moving forward.

This session is intended to be a collaborative, informal working conversation, giving district teams time to ask questions, exchange ideas, and identify ways STEM East can continue supporting their efforts.

Our goal is to keep the momentum going while ensuring each district's strategic plan remains practical, actionable, and responsive to the unique needs of its schools, students, and communities.

District teams are encouraged to come prepared to share a brief update on their progress, any challenges they have encountered, and areas where additional guidance or support would be helpful.
