Soft Pastel Portrait Series is a six-class workshop introducing students to the beautiful and versatile medium of soft pastels, including pan and chalk pastels, through the study of portraiture. Explore the construction of the face, including the underlying skull and facial muscles, while developing skills in proportion, form, shading, colour, and texture. Through guided exercises and portrait studies, participants will strengthen their observational drawing skills, build confidence with pastels, and develop their own creative approach to portraiture.

Ages 16+. All materials are included.

Please note: there is no class on February 15.
