School-age Stars is aimed toward children ages 7-11 who are newer to gymnastics. We will focus on basic conditioning and skills stations built around the 4 traditional gymnastics apparatus (Bars, Beam, Floor, and Vault) in a structured/instructor-led setting. This is the perfect class for school-age children to explore gymnastics, enhance coordination, and HAVE FUN!!!
