Balance Bosses is a 1-hr advanced class for participants only by coach invite or with skills approval (message to set this up if you have not previously attended Tumbling Tribe ). We will start more focused conditioning and build on the skills on the 4 traditional gymnastics apparatus (Bars, Beam, Floor, and Vault) in a structured/instructor-led setting.
