Please note:

• • Site Number Allocation: You will be allocated your site number and a map on arrival.
  • Site Info: Please note there are NO indoor sites available for this market. All stores are required to use a gazebo for weather protection and these must be secured safely with pegs or weights. Stall holders must provide their own equipment - gazebo, lighting, chairs and tables.
  • Bad Weather Cancellation: If the weather is bad we will cancel the market. There is no postponement date and your fee will be refunded. If the weather is only moderately wet we will continue and no refunds will be made to those who cancel.
  • Power: We do not provide power for sites.
  • Parking:  Vehicle access to site will be limited to set up and pack up times only. Vehicles can enter site to drop off gear and then leave immediately to ensure other stallholders are not held up and to ensure the safety of stallholders and public. Space is very tight within the site. There is plenty of parking available on Herschel St and the surrounding streets. Please do not park in the street immediately in front of the property or the driveway to the right of our property. This driveway services businesses at the rear of the property that operate weekends and extended hours and have a lot of truck traffic to their site. We do not have their permission to park there. If you park there your vehicle may be towed away by those businesses.
• Set up times: Entry to the site for set up will be open from 8.00am. We request that set up be completed by 9.30 am and all vehicles must be removed from site before that time to ensure public safety.
  • Rubbish: All stallholders are required to take their rubbish away with them at the end of the market.
